Who are we and what is pilates all about?

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: Pilates should feel empowering, not intimidating.

I’m a fully certified and experienced Pilates instructor, working exclusively one-to-one so that every session is tailored to the individual in front of me. I’ve supported clients with a wide range of injuries and pathologies, from back and neck pain to postural issues, rehabilitation, and pre- and post-natal recovery. My approach is thoughtful, progressive, and centred around helping you move with greater confidence and ease.

Pilates is not about being flexible, athletic, or “good at exercise.” It’s about learning how your body moves, building strength in a balanced way, and creating a foundation that supports you in everyday life. Whether you’re training for a challenge, returning from injury, or simply spending long hours at a desk, Pilates can help you feel stronger, more aligned, and more in control of your body.

My studio is a private, fully equipped space within Rebalance Osteopathy in the heart of London’s South Bank. With no other sessions running at the same time, it’s a calm and supportive environment where you can work at your own pace, ask questions, and focus on your goals without pressure.

Pilates is for every body. My aim is to make it accessible, encouraging, and tailored to you, wherever you’re starting from.
