Expert Pilates Instruction in the heart of London
Meet your instructor
Hi I’m Chloe, a fully certified and experienced Pilates instructor, specialising in one-to-one sessions tailored to each individual. I work with clients managing a wide range of injuries and pathologies, including back and neck pain, joint issues, rehabilitation after injury, and pre- and post-natal recovery.
I work with individuals who are curious about how Pilates can help them move and feel better. Whether the goal is building strength, improving flexibility, preventing injury, or returning to activity with confidence, every session is designed around each person’s needs, abilities, and goals. Many of my clients are busy London professionals who want to counteract the effects of long hours sitting and move with greater ease and confidence.
The Studio
Sessions take place in an accessible private, fully equipped Pilates studio with all apparatus available to support your programme. The space is bright, clean, and modern, with no other sessions running at the same time, so you can work at your own pace and focus entirely on your goals.
The studio is part of The Rebalance Clinic, located in the heart of London’s Southbank. It’s a vibrant, central area that’s easy to reach from the City and surrounding areas.
FAQs
What is 1:1 Pilates?
1
1:1 Pilates is a private session tailored entirely to your body, goals, and ability level. Unlike group classes, every movement, cue, and adjustment is customized to you. Pilates is designed to improve strength, mobility, and control at any level including complete beginners or those returning from injury.
What results can I expect?
2
Clients typically notice: Improved core strength, better posture, reduced back/neck tension, increased flexibility, greater body awareness. Many people feel a difference after their first session. Visible and lasting changes typically occur within 4-6 weeks. Consistency (1-2 sessions per week) produces the best results.
I have an injury, can I still do Pilates?
3
In most cases, yes. Sessions can be adapted for injuries or rehabilitation and I have an extensive background of working with various injuries and pathologies. If you have a medical condition, it’s recommended to check with your doctor first. Feel free to reach out to discuss with me.
How can I contact you?
4
You can reach me anytime via the contact page or email. I aim to respond quickly, usually within one business day. When you are ready to book your session I will send you the booking link and details.
