COCO Studio Policies
 

COCO Cancellation Policy As a courtesy to our clients and staff, if you need to cancel a class, private training, massage or therapy, please do so 24 hrs. prior to the start time. All cancellations less than 24 hours are a "Late Cancel" and you're account will be charged for that session. You may cancel online through your MindBody account.

* Charges There is a $22 charge for each "No Show/Late Cancellation" on all V.I.P. Packages * There is a $35 charge for a "No Show/Late Cancellation" on all "Try Me" Passes, Gift Passes and promotional offers such as Living Social, Double Take Deals, Groupon, etc.

* COCO Pilates reserves the right to not accept excessive cancellations. Unused sessions are not transferable or refundable. No exceptions. Thank you!

Package Selection Please be sure to select a package that best matches your class usage as all sales are final. Unused sessions are not transferable or refundable. NO REFUNDS. NO TRANSFERS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Expiration Dates Each package, whether Monthly Auto-Draft or Flex Pak, has an expiration date that is listed on your sales receipt, as well as in your online COCO account. It is your responsibility to be aware of your expiration date as well as the remaining classes you have during that time frame. It is your responsibility to use all your sessions within the time frame of your selected package. Expiration dates cannot be adjusted. UNUSED SESSION ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE OR REFUNDABLE.

Package Suspension With a THIRTY (30) DAY written notice, your package may be suspended for up to one week in a six month period, NO MORE THAN TWICE PER YEAR.

Auto-renewal is for the convenience of our clients. A majority of our clients know the package that works best for them and renew that package over and over. The auto-renewal makes that process much easier. If you would like to switch packages once your current package expires, please contact our office via e-mail at info@cocopilates.com and we will be happy to assist you with the transition.

COCO Club Cards are assigned to each client who has an active COCO package. These cards are to be used for self check-in. Please bring this card to each of your sessions. There is a $5 replacement charge to replace a lost/stolen card.
